Agro Dairy celebrates its 10th anniversary!
Founded in late 2014 in response to the growing need to strengthen national food security and support state programs, "Agro Dairy" began operations in 2015. Today, the company unites 14 specialized enterprises and marked its 10th anniversary with a special celebration attended by employees and distinguished guests.
Opening the ceremony, Chief Executive Officer of "Agro Dairy," Niyazi Amirbayov, welcomed participants and stated:
"Since our very first day a decade ago, we have worked to restore idle lands across the regions and transform them into fertile, high-yielding farmland. By supplying farmers with certified, first-generation seeds resilient to stress factors, we have continuously supported the development of local agriculture. What started with a team of around 100 employees has today grown into a strong workforce of 3,000. These milestones prove that in the years ahead, we will continue to grow rapidly and further expand our activities.
What brings us the greatest satisfaction is that our mission, strategy, and goals remain fully aligned with ensuring food security for Azerbaijan and the wider region. With the dedication of our employees and the support of our partners, we are confident in our ability to achieve these ambitions."
Addressing the audience, CEO of PASHA Holding, Jalal Gasimov, congratulated the "Agro Dairy" team on this milestone:

The event also featured a special awards ceremony honoring employees who have made outstanding contributions during the company’s 10-year journey. The official program concluded with performances, music, and entertainment.
