1. S&OP Process Management
- Drive and coordinate the monthly S&OP cycle including demand planning, supply planning, and consensus meetings.
- Ensure alignment between commercial forecasts and operational capacities (production, procurement, logistics).
- Facilitate scenario planning and gap analysis to address supply-demand mismatches.
2. Forecasting & Demand Planning
- Consolidate input from sales, marketing, and key customers to generate reliable demand forecasts.
- Monitor forecast accuracy and implement corrective actions in collaboration with sales teams.
- Analyze historical data, market trends, and seasonality to support mid- and long-term planning.
3. Supply & Inventory Alignment
- Work with supply chain and production teams to ensure availability of goods in line with the demand plan.
- Identify potential shortages or overstock risks and recommend mitigation measures.
- Contribute to inventory optimization, ensuring balance between service levels and working capital targets.
4. Data Analysis & Reporting
- Develop and maintain dashboards to track key S&OP KPIs: forecast accuracy, inventory levels, service rates, etc.
- Prepare executive-level reports and presentations with clear insights and recommendations.
- Use ERP and planning tools to enhance decision-making quality and efficiency.
5. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Serve as the main liaison between sales, marketing, production, procurement, and finance departments within the S&OP process.
- Support integration of new planning systems and tools.
- Lead or contribute to continuous improvement projects related to planning and operations.
✅Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Economics, Industrial Engineering or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum 4–6 years of experience in S&OP, demand planning, supply chain, or commercial planning roles.
- Strong analytical mindset and experience with forecasting tools and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, 1C).
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
