The Scale of Our Work Matches the Scale of the Land

Our upcoming large-scale agricultural projects are centered in the Padarchol region a vast area with equally ambitious plans. Due to its massive size, the site has been strategically divided into three operational sectors.

- Located near Mugan and Hacıqabul, we have installed an advanced irrigation system featuring 76 center-pivot sprinklers, capable of irrigating approximately 5,000 hectares of farmland.
- A field pump station with a capacity of 14,400 m³ per hour ensures consistent and efficient water distribution.
- The site also includes a silo complex with a 120,000-ton grain storage capacity, equipped with cleaning and drying systems. Supporting infrastructure includes a main office, machinery sheds, and a fully equipped service garage.

We are now developing Sector Two an area spanning approximately 20,000 hectares between Mugan and Padar. Over the past 2 years, we have cultivated the land without irrigation, preparing it for large-scale operations. Pump stations, pipelines, and irrigation systems for full water coverage, a second silo complex, additional warehouses, machinery hangars, and an internal road network. Sector Three will cover all remaining land not included in the first and second phases. This final expansion ensures the entire Padarchol territory is utilized efficiently and sustainably.

To preserve the quality of our harvests, we have built Azerbaijan’s largest silo grain storage facility, with a capacity of 120,000 tons.

Dual-direction conveyors (each handling 200 tons/hour) that transport crops to a pre-cleaning system, ensuring only clean, high-quality grains are stored. Four industrial grain dryers, each with a 150-ton capacity, reduce moisture levels to meet international quality standards. A fully automated, centralized control system (PLC-based) that manages all processes, integrated with SCADA technology to minimize human error during operations. Two automated weighbridges (each measuring up to 50,000 kg) and one electronic weighbridge with an 80,000 kg capacity, ensuring precise and efficient load monitoring.
