- Demonstrates medium-early maturity under the soil and climate conditions of Samukh, Jeyranchol, and Padarchol regions of Azerbaijan.

Qobustan
- Early-maturing wheat.
- Features white, coarse and serrated awns.
- Developed by the Azerbaijan Scientific-Research Institute of Crop Production.
- Medium height (90–100 cm), lodging-resistant; spike bends at maturity, long, moderately dense, white-colored.
- Grains are medium-sized, shallow-creased, white, semi-ovoid, with hairy germ.
- High technological and bread-making quality. Resistant to grain shedding, yellow rust, and leaf blotch diseases.

Qırmızıgül
- Developed by the Azerbaijan Research Institute of Crop Husbandry.
- Included in the State Register of Breeding Achievements since 2011.
- A short-statured variety (74–84 cm) with a strong stem, fully resistant to lodging.
- Features a well-balanced plant architecture, the spike is straight, short, and red in color; awns are short, scattered, and hairy.
- Grains are small, semi-ovoid in shape, red in color, with a shallow groove and a hairy tip, potential yield: 7.0–8.0 tons per hectare.
- Primarily cultivated for food-grade grain used in bread production.
- Resistant to grain shedding, yellow rust, and smut diseases. Recommended sowing period: the 2nd and 3rd ten-day intervals of October under irrigated conditions.

Maurizio
- Early-maturing variety.
- Developed by Probstdorfer Saatzucht, Austria.
- High-yield potential with excellent bread-making quality.
- Belongs to the variety improvement group.
- Resistant to lodging and yellow rust. Produces large, plump grains with high protein and gluten content.

Leyaqetli
A soft wheat variety.
Developed by the Azerbaijan Research Institute of Crop Husbandry (originator).
Medium plant height (98–108 cm), strong stem, resistant to lodging, with a productive tillering capacity of 3.2–3.6 shoots per plant.
Mid-season maturity. The spike is medium-sized, white, and awned.
Grains are medium-sized, red-colored, with a shallow groove and an ovoid shape; the tip i0s hairy.
Spikelets are of medium density, containing up to 52–54 grains per spike.
In the 2022–2023 growing season, fields sown in early November in the Jeyranchol region yielded 5.43 tons per hectare.
