·      Develop and implement competitive compensation and benefits programs

·      Conduct salary benchmarking and market research for competitive positioning

·      Lead and maintain the company-wide grading structure to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness

·      Support the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of the company grading system, ensuring alignment with organizational structure and job architecture

·      Stay updated on trends and best practices in compensation and performance management

·      Collaborate with senior management and department heads to align on reward and performance initiatives

·      Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. A master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Compensation Professional (CCP), SHRM-SCP) is a plus;

·      Minimum of 3+ years of progressive experience in grading, compensation, benefits, and performance management;

·      Strong knowledge of compensation and benefits practices, performance management systems, and employment laws;

·      Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations;

·      Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with employees at all levels;

·      Good written and verbal communications skills in Azerbaijani, English and Russian is preferable;

·      Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite for creating reports, analyzing data, and presenting information.

  • Develop and implement procurement strategies that align with company goals and budget;
  • Manage the end-to-end procurement process, including sourcing, RFQs/RFPs/ITTs, vendor evaluation, contract negotiation, and order placement;
  • Analyse market trends and supplier performance to ensure the best quality and value;
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and stakeholders;
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities and lead initiatives to improve procurement efficiency;
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant legal requirements;
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., finance, logistics, operations) to align procurement plans with business needs;
  • Developing PSCM sourcing and sector strategies that are inventive and cost-effective;
  • Sourcing and engaging reliable Suppliers;
  • Support PSCM process in terms of obtaining required goods and services;
  • Negotiating with Suppliers to secure advantageous contractual terms;
  • Reviewing existing contracts with Suppliers to ensure on-going feasibility;
  • Promoting a culture of long-term saving on procurement costs;
  • Preparing procurement reports.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field;
  • Professional certifications such as CIPS, CIPD are highly desirable;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel;
  • 5+ years of experience in procurement and supply, preferably in a mid to large-sized company and with 3 years in a senior or strategic role;
  • Proven track record of managing complex sourcing projects and supplier negotiations;
  • Strong negotiation and contract management skills;
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities;
  • Language skills: Azerbaijani (native), English (B2, B2), Russian (B1, B2);
  • Experience working with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, 1C) and outlook;
  • Deep understanding of supplier evaluation, risk management, and cost analysis;
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Ability to work independently, in high-stress and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment;
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally.
